Pokemon diamond help...? please!

Question

how do you catch gritina and heatran in pokemon diamond

please tell me how to reach gritina i keep getting lost in the temple place (I don't really know the name)

and which place is heatran in

To catch giratina, after you defeated the elite four and got the national pokedex, you go to turnback cave in Spring Path near Lake Valor.

But first, bring these required items:

Max Repels, Defog, Rock Smash, and your strong pokemon, and lots of poke balls.

Okay I said to bring max repels because in turnback cave, you encounter lots of wild pokemon that slows you down. So go to turnback cave and mostly, use defog and find your way through. there is no exact way, through. but if you go back to the entrance where you came from you will end up starting all over from the entrance of the cave. so eventually, find your way through and battle giratina. he's one strong pokemon , so watch out ........

And to get heatran, go to stark mountain but buck is there and you have to team up with him to get the magma stone in stark mountain and after that, buck will take the magma stone so go back to rest area and find a house where buck is so he will return the magma stone and go back to stark mountain and heatran will be there in level 70.....

ok well you always go this way < in the giratina place(the way the the point is facing) for heatran....did you go with buck in stark mountain? if you did go into the mountain again. and go to the very top. hope this helps!!
