Its in pastoria city and in the cave there is a regigas sculpture thing.

Defog is in the great marsh in Pastoria city walk in and there's a guy to your right talk to him and he says he found it but doesn't need it so he gives it to you. In the Snowpoint temple lies the legendary Pokémon Regigigas you need to unlock the national dex before you can get in the temple and you need to have Regirock, Regiice and Registeel in your party to make him come to life. (To get Regirock, ice and steel you must migrate them from ruby, sapphire or emerald using pal park which you unlock after getting the national dex.)
