  3. mezza, if you dont have a god d**n answer why do you even bother posting? I hate people like you.

Anyways. Dialga is at the top of mount coronet. Enter throught the hearthrome city side and make your way up. Mesprit is at level 50. So use a level 40somnething pokemon and use repel. After that walk in  low level areas. With patience, it'll eventually show.

  5. If you get the Poketech application marking map it will show you where he is going. It looks exactly like a map of the Sinnoh region, but in the lower right-hand corner are various symbols like stars and hearts that you can drag to different places on the map. All you do is turn your Poketch to that marking map (and if you don't have it, go to the Poketch center in Jubilife City and talk to the man by the desk, who will give it to you ASAP), and there will be a blinking...eh...thing. Like a bunny head or something. It's Mesprit, who will be jumping from place to place every time you cross a border between a town/city/route/cave. If you fly, surf, walk, or bike anywhere over a border, it'll jump to another place in Sinnoh.

    So.

Go to Jubilife City and walk back and forth on the boundary between Jubilife and one of the routes to the north, south, or east. On the map, the little bunny picture should move every time you switch areas. When Mesprit is in your route (the bunny and the box that indicates where you are are both overlapping), go into the grass and Mesprit should be the first or second Pokemon you run into.

The best thing to do would be to get a Sneasel from around Snowpoint City, then buy TM 54 (False Swipe) from the 3rd floor of the Department Store and teach it to it. Every time you confront Mesprit, you'll have one chance to attack (as long as your Pokemon has a Speed level of about 95 or above) before it flees again, and you have to go walk between the borders again until it matches up with where you are. Every time you confront it, though, its HP is exactly where it left off.

Anyway, bring its HP down until it's at a low yellow level or even red, and then bring out Sneasel with False Swipe, which won't let Mesprit faint (it brings the HP down to 1, but never 0).

THEN, bring out a Golbat, who learns Mean Look at level 33, or a Haunter (give a Heart Scale to the Move Tutor and he'll re-teach Mean Look to it), and put it at the front of your party before you confront Mesprit again. When you do, immediately use Mean Look, which prevents it from fleeing as long as the Golbat/Haunter remains out. Then start chucking Ultra Balls at it!

As for Dialga, I'm guessing you have Pokemon Pearl and need that last Pokemon (number 150) to get your National Pokedex from Professor Rowan. Not a problem! Go to Sandgem town, and Lucas will ask if you've spoken with the elder from Celestic town. Fly there, and the elder's house (she's an old woman) is in the upper right-hand corner of the city. Talk to her, and she'll show you a picture of Dialga from a book, which will automatically insert itself in your Pokedex! Bring it to Rowan in Sandgem and you're good to go! Congratulations!
