i need to crush the boulders in rugged something.. the first cave you come to? i read that i need "rocksmash" but how do i get it, which pokemon?

go to Orebourgh City and talk to the man inside Orebourgh Gate cave. He is right next to the entrance. Its either inside or outside.

There is a cave left to Orebough City. In the cave, there's a hiker. Talk to him and he'll give it to you. He's near the entrance.
