Okay, what are you trying to do when you load up?  What you trying to load?  Is it with Wi-Fi?  If you give a little more information, I can guarentee you help.  Trust me, I've been everywhere there is to go on Diamond, even with errors and things constantly breaking...

Check to be sure...

1.  Is the game charged?

2.  Is the DS Game Pak inserted correctly?

3.  Is the Game Pak Slot and the Game Pak itself free of dust and debris?

4.  Have the Game Pak and/or DS been dropped recently?

5.  Have the above mentioned components been exposed to moisture, intense sunlight, cold weather, or both?

OOOOOHHHHHH, WAIT A SECOND, SORRY.

You are having a very common problem, where on some GBA Roms for the Visual Boy Advance Emulator, you encounter problems saving the game.  You cannot save traditionally.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SAVE THE GAME PROPERLY.

1.  Go to the save option under File on the window.

2.  Save the game to a folder you know.

3.  Then, from there, you should be able to access the game the next time you open up the emulator.

EDIT:  I see you must be trying to open up the game.  Well, that I cannot recommend anything.  The creator of the emulator software must have done something wrong with the formatting.  I'm sorry, there is no way to fix that.
