Pokemon diamond migration?

Question

i keep trying to migrate pokemon but all it does is erase my game on pokemon ruby. ive unlocked pal park i have 7 pokemon on ruby 6 in the pc. the migrate thing doesnt come up and i dont know wether it makes a difference but i use an m3 simply (like action replay)

it might be a fake game like my emerald its and it erased my file too so try getting a new game
