Can you obtain the national dex before the pokemon league??

i want to use pokemon like feraligatr at the pokemon league?

  2. NO. And unless someone trades you one early on you can't use Feraligatr because you need to see the pokemon before asking for one on the gts.

  3. no and when you bet the pokemon leauge you need to meet all the pokemon inculiding diagle palkia and manaphy when you do go to sandgem town go to the professers lab talk to him then you will get the natinol dex

  5. The only way to obtain a feraligatr in diamond is to migrate it from the pal park which will not open until you become champion.

  6. no,but you can still have someone trade you a feraligatr so you can use it but it will not go in to your pokedex.

  7. No. Sorry, but you can use Feraligatar. If you have a friend, ( or know someone online ) who has one, ask them to trade you one. Then you can use it. You could, trade them yours on the gam eyou have him on, if he has it ( like, emrealde, ruby etc ). Then, they can give it to you ( must have natinal though, so they have pal park ). Er.. do you get it? if you dont email me... ill explain

  9. its not possable .you need to migrate from a game you have fralagator in and you cant do that intill you beat it
