Pokemon diamond psyduck!!!!?

Question

Ive got four gym badges and i dont know were to go i went back to heartrome city were im supposed to get my fifth badge but shes still npt there i think i have to go to more places but i cant because there are psyduck in the way so can anyone help me!!

Ok, well the psyduck won't move until you defeat the gym in pastoria city. you get there from Hearthome by going south, west and continue the path to the city. The gym leader, Wake uses water types. THEN go back to Hearthome, defeat Fantina (ghost types) and go to the lake on the left of the screen on the way to Pastoria. You'll meet Cynthia who will give you a medicine to move the psyduck. hope  i helped.

well fantiona is the 6th badge the fith is pastooria city u can get there by going down route 214 when u get the badge, u will have to go to thwe team galactic guy standing outside the pokemon marsh or whatever its called u keep fallowing him and folloing him till u finally get to battle him if u win cynthia will come and give u a mahic potion that u can then use on the psyduck

Fantina definately is the 5th badge.

So you have to play through the Team Galactic storyline in order for Cynthia to give you the SecretPotion that you give to the Psyduck.
