Pokemon diamond what should i do

Question

i have a pikachu right and i love it heaps (i caught it in a masta ball cause i had a weird feelin i shud so i did and saved) but im wonderin should i evolve it?

LoL if you are willing to waste a master ball on it i would evolve it into a raichu to make it stronger... but if you want a fast pokemon keep it a pikachu. You could also test it.. just save before evolving it use the electric stone battle with it for a while... then if you like it save other wise just reset...also i just remembered pikachu learns some attacks raichu doesn't...you might just wanna look up stats and stuff online..

I say, you shouldn't have waisted it on a pikachu, ask around and ppl could of easily breeded a pichu for you.
