ok im using cressilia gengar and garchomp in battle tower

lets jus say i need a held item for garchomp

no life orb lost cause of that on 58

no cb lost because last pokemon and could not change moves

thinking of bright powder or musle band could some 1

temme how % does musle band and bright powder boost physical moves/envasion respectively

A garchomp with outrage (strongest physical dragon type attack) Might also like a persim berry.

If your garchomp has an adamant nature and perfect maxed attack EVs your garchomp can effortlessly kill most pkmn in 1 hit.
