Pokemon dimond question?

anybody knows how to enter action replay codes in no$gba.

i have codes but dont know how to enter in it.

one more thing, i read that there is a man with black briekcase in foggy lake who gives us LUCARIO. where is that foggy lake. there is no lake of such name.plz give me its location.

You enter codes using the R4CCE (R4 cheat code editor) and by opening the USERCHEAT.DAT file in your game card...

You get Lucario by going to Iron Island via Canalave...

Continue in until you meet Riley, some guy who looks like Sir Aaron from the movie...

Defeat the Galactics and he will offer you a Riolu egg...

Hatch it, evolve it by taking care of it (Max happiness and level up in daylight) and it will turn into Lucario...

i dont know anything about you AReplay problem but, you can only get a riolu 1st form of lucario from a man you help out on iron island, to get there talk to the sailor on canalave city
