Pokemon emerald HELP!?

my cousin wants to get a jirachy ho-oh &deoxys any idea how to get them other than a pokemon event or trading?

You can't any of those except for trading,event,or cheating by using Gameshark.

OK! Get a Gameshark because otherwise you will have to Use 1 of the methods You don't want to.

Action replay works, too, but I recommend GS.

How about hacking? You can get hacking devices such as GameShark etc. They are hard to find in some places.

You can't get those Pokemon you mentioned in the game independently.
