hello everyone i went to the place tha you recruit celebi but so many times it didn't ask me to join my team i have mystery part in my bag and i unlocked marine resort plz help me

to get celebi you must 1) unlock marine resort

2) have explorers of time

3) beaten game first

4) have secret slab or mystery part

you can also try equipping amber tear or golden mask to make it easier
