Pokemon fire red elite 4 team?

I am at the elite four on pokemon fire red and i was wondering what lvls and moves my pokemon need?

My team:

Charizard 40 Blast burn, fire blast, fly, dig

kadabra 40 psychic, shock wave (atks them not just paralyze), teleport, recover

Gyarados 42 hydro pump, surf, rock smash (going to delete soon) waterpulse

zapdos 51 hyper beam, agility, detect, drill peck

Articuno 50 mist, agility, mind reader, ice beam

Moltres 54 fire spin, agility, endure, flamethrower!
