Pokemon fire red help plzz ?

can someone help me figure out how to save my game on my pokemon fire red on vba?? plzzzz help me..

vba is visual boy advance for ppl who didn't know lol

You use the start button on the VBA game and then press save like in GBA butif it doesnt work, then go to File, then scroll down to save as or save.
