Pokemon firered: leveling cleffa to clefairy?

Question

how do i increase happyness witht he littlest amount of effort? i've been battleing with it equipted with experience share (it cant fight yet) and it's like lvl 19.

should i feed it the drug things that boost it's stats or what?

well u evolve it by its happiness ummm keep it with u where ever u go and battle with it teach it a tm and train it eventually it well evovle....maybe lvls 25-40

Give it a Soothe Bell (if you have one) and walk with it ALOT. The Pokemon's happiness depends on how long you walk with it. Not how much you battle. Level it up every-once-and-a-while, give it berries if it's hurt, it'll evolve soon enough.

Takes ***** ages.  You're going to need Soother Bell, some happiness increasing berries, massages, stat boosters and loads more.  The hall of fame also tends to make it happy. Stat boosters are the best for making them happy and very fast (like Iron, Zinc).
