i need help defeting whitney,i can get through the first one clerify i just cant kill milltank

my team is

quilava level 26

butterfry level 15

zigzagoon level 10

ekans level 20 (getting up two more levels to be arbok

togepi level 19

nidoran (m) level 14

please tell me what i should get which pokemon to level up to or what pokemon to catch

lvl up ekans because when pokemon evolve they become stronger.

and train them all until they learn new moves

level up your pokemon to at least level 20 or 25, and just use potions and hope for the best! Eventually you will find a tactic that works, even if it takes a while.
