ok i hav an eevee soon to be two cuz i hav an egg and i need an exp share so i can train them faster where would i get one in crystal version?

once u beat the red garados u will get a red cale go back to cherygrove i think thats what it is called and talk to the pokemon man north of the city from the beginning of the game.and he will trade u an exp share.. for the red scale

p.s the red scale has no other uses
