on fire red where do you catch delibird or what moves does it learn at each lv

plz help

You can catch Delibird at Icefall Cave (the place where Lorelei lives on the Sevii Islands, which means you can only go after you beat the Elite 4)

As for moves, I believe it can only learn Present.

Thats the only move it can learn in Generation lll.

You can use HM/TMs. It makes it learn other type moves.

You can find it in the icefall cave in four island and it's a little bit hard to find.
