Pokemon leaf green how to enter the code to birth islands?

ok so basically i have the code,

but, i dun kno how to use it.

like how do i enter the code into my pokemon leaf green game?

(i know i mite sound very dumb rite now, but i reeeeeeeeeely want to go to the birth islands and catch deoxy!!!!)

It's probably an Action Replay or Gameshark code. You just need to buy that hardware from EB Games or Ebay.
