Make sure you are at least level 55.

Also, make sure that your Explorer Rank is at least a Gold Rank(You will need the items and storage space.), you have at least 10 Reviver Seeds, 1 1/2 pages worth of Oran Berries, the move Dig (Or at least a TM for it), 1 or 2 room moves (Moves that affect all the enemies in a room) for Monster House, 2 or 3 Petrify Orbs, 1 Escape Orb (for emergencies ONLY), a few Pure Seeds (Seeds that take you to the room that the staircase is), a healthy supply of Gravelrocks, a couple of Max Elixirs, and a few Apples and Big apples.

Make sure that if your HP is below 1/4 heal IMMEDIATELY, that your partner has the IQ ability Bodyguard, and that you have the items mentioned above. Save before entering.
