The Bottomless Sea has 50 floors. I remember because I just did it recently and was annoyed when there always was another floor. I suggest bringing about 3-4 reviver seeds as well as a couple of oran berries. If you're going to challenge Kyogre, I suggest bringing some sleep and stun seeds, an X-Eye seed if you can.
