Pokemon mystery dungeon explores of time !

Question

Now! I have the first pokemon mystery dungeon ( red rescue team ) an now i have the explorers of time 1 . In the first one there was an orb that made that level all into 1 room , and i would have usually done that taken a pokemon with me that attacks every one in the room and it was grate training , but the problem is i lost that game and on my new game i cant remember what the orb was , can some one tell me , and also can some one tell me what is the best move that will hit every pokemon in the room , cheers , also i need some good cheats and i need a site where it tells you what level all the pokemon evolve at , i no its a big question so please try and answer all of my questions , 10 points for first person to answer all my questions :D

I believe it's called "One-Room Orb"

There are a lot of room-wide attacks. Vaccuum Cut is the weakest, but it is the easiest to get. You get it through a TM.

Pikachu learns Discharge, which attacks every pokemon in the room, as well Charizard learns Heat Wave, and many pokemon learn Blizzard.

Serebii.net is a great place to learn when all the pokemon evolve at, while gamefaqs.com has many good cheats and also a message board so you can ask questions.
