Letsee. All I can think of is the Wild Pokemon Mod. Either that, or you'd have to make one using Pokesav. (I don't have the link to a download of the english version, unfortunately.) I could get you a mew for free, if that's what you want. (I have a legit one, but you wouldn't be able to nickname it. If you don't care if it's legit or not, which I'm guessing you don't, I could make you one. Then you could decide if you want it nicknamed and/or shiny.)

This code will only work on Pokemon /found/ in the wild. It will not make Pokemon in eggs, Pokemon already caught, or traded Pokemon shiny.

1. Load the codes and the game save file.

2. Look at the front and back of your trainer card while holding R+A to activate the code. Pressing L+A will deactivate the code. (You do not have to view your trainer card to deactivate.)

4. Walk into either tall grass, a cave, surf on water, etc. The next Pokemon you encounter should be shiny.

Combining that code with a Wild Pokemon Mod will allow you to get any shiny Pokemon you wish.

The XX is the level of the wild pokemon (i.e. for Lv's lower than Lv10, 01 = Lv1)

(You'll have to experiment with the level mod; I don't know how it works for certain.) Press and hold the two buttons L+R while your copy of Diamond/Pearl is playing. Check your items sack; there should be 493 Heart Scale in the first item slot. (Make sure you don't have anything important in your first slot; the Heart Scale will replace it.) Subtract Heart Scales until the number of scales you have is identical to the number of the Pokemon you want. (For example, you want a Mew, which is Pokemon number 151. Subtract 342 Heart Scales so that you only have 151 left.) Now, exit your bag and walk into the grass/ surf on the water/ go into a cave while holding the L button. (Do not let go or there is a chance the code will not work.) The next Pokemon to show up should be a Mew, or whatever Pokemon it is that you want. (Don't worry if you don't get it right away; that doesn't mean the code doesn't work, you just don't always get the Pokemon your looking for first shot. It doesn't take too long to get what you need though.)

If you use that code, you may not need my Mew after all. ^^
