Pokemon pearl annoying me?

Question

ok i have beaten the elite 4 and the champion after them i have a pokedex of 147 pokemon and i cant locate 114 and 115 and 149,

but i can go anyfuther on that fight arena area on the island untill i do cause there are people blocking my way and well i have been to the Solaceon Ruins and cant get or see any unknown pokemon to look at of or catch and well is this the end of the game cause pokemon 149 is the one i need from pokemon diamond it is palkia's oposite on that version so yeah what now?

There is a town where this lady gives you the rare diamond pokemon entry into ur pokedex its up north before the snow path. it has a cave in the middle of the town

114 is Unown

115 is Riolu

149 is Dialga

114 is in Solaceon Town. "if you jump down the cliff to the far right, you will find a cave. Inside the cave is the Solaceon Ruins. Visiting the Solaceon Ruins is entirely optional, although you should probably stop by so you can see Unown (#114) for your Pokedex."

115 is on Iron Island  "Now might be a good time for you to go to Iron Island and help Riley out. He'll reward you with a Riolu egg, which will hatch and then evolve into the cool Lucario with proper training."

149 is Dialga  "Now, although the Pokemon cannot be caught or encountered in your game, the old lady that you met in Celestic Town during your last visit here has a picture of that Pokemon to help complete your Pokedex.

You can find the old lady in the large house on the north side of town. Talk to her, and she will show you the picture, counting toward seeing the Pokemon for the sake of your Pokedex. She'll actually show you this picture whenever

you talk to her after you see either Dialga or Palkia at the Spear Pillar."

an action replay is a cheat device for the ds that you can use in pokemon to catch pokemon you couldn't normally catch without some outside help. its also used for other games as well.

for 114=unknown go to soloceon town,the town with the daycare and go up from the pokemon center when u fly there and go right and go in the ruins just look around and an unknown is sure to appear.for 115=rilou go to canalave town and take the boat to go to iron ile and go in and u`ll team up with a guy name riley after u help him get through the cave he`ll give u an egg for rilou.to hatch it just walk around.and for 149=dialga go to celestic town and go to the biggest house,i think,and talk to the old lady and she show u a picture of dialga and it will be on ur pokedex.after fly to sandgem town and talk to proffesor and he`ll give u the national pokedex which allows u to get past the two guys blocking u at fight area and u can catch all sorts of new pokemon.good luck
