I cant find them, im in the location where they are, is it the tall grass or the grass? grr

They are very rare so keep an eye out for them.

They are found in any kind of grass. A helpful thingt to use would be the pokeradar. Somtimes thats the only way of finding certain pokemon. Chansey is an example of one.
