Pokemon pearl stuck in a wall?

ok I am stuck in a wall in pokemon pearl how this happened was I was walking around in pokemon pearl with an action replay in my nintendo ds and then I quit playing and I saved (while I was in the wall) then next time I played pokemon pearl my action replay was broken so I could not get out of the wall now I can't move somone help
