can i trade with people around the world with the ruby/

and what legendaries can i catch on pokemon ruby n where?

ps.i HAV caught groudon btw

Pokémon Ruby is not capable of trading over WiFi like Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. The only method of trading available in Pokémon Ruby (or any GBA game) is to link directly with a link cable or the WIreless Adapter (where applicable.)

Regirock: Found in Desert Ruins in the desert on Route 111.

Regice: Found in Island Cave on Route 105.

Registeel: Found in Ancient Tomb on Route 120.

In order to get Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, you must first have the HM 08 (Dive), a Pokémon knowing Dig, and have a Relicanth and Wailord with you.

Use Dive on Route 134, and navigate to what's called the Sealed Chamber. Inside, you'll find several mounds marked with Braille, and a wall with Braille on the back reads Dig. Use Dig at this wall, and a door will open.

Entering this room with Relicanth as your leading Pokémon, and Wailord as the final in your party will cause an earthquake that opens the three chambers in which you will find Regirock, Regice, and Registeel.

but, you can trade with other people with gameboys that have saphire and emerald to get kyogre tho.

u cant trade wit ppl around the world in ruby but u can in diamond/pearl

the legendaries u can get r regiice, registeel, and regirock i recommend u google serch them cuz i dont remember where they r exactly

u can also get latias or latios go 2 ur house and look at the tv they say theres a pokemon flying around hoen ur mom will ask u wat color it wuz if u say red u will find latias if u say blue it will be latios theres no exact location 4 them cuz they fly around hoen and ull find them in random grass or water

u can also get rayquaza which is at the sky pillar near pacifidlog surf northwest of the city and mach sure u have a mach bike
