Question

can anybody tell me how to catch a feebas with what rod and how to max the beauty of it? how come my pokemon is in master rank and in the first round no one likes it and i already gave it berries!!!!!!

Feebas is only caught only in 6 specific tiles on route 119 using the good rod so your going to have to use process of elimination to find it by fishing every tile and encountering at least 6 pokemon per tile before moving to the next tile to fish in. Long winded I know but it's really the only method.

This does happen with master rank, i have had it happen to me as well. It's buety isn't maxed. You also have to have a beneficial nature "likes dry food". You gave it berries? So it's maxed out in the amount of pokeblocks? Just keep at it.
