Pokemon trading question please help?

ok so im trying to trade pokemon from emerald to crystal. i want quilava on pbr but i cant put gbcolor games in ds. soooooo i need help it wont trade because the please wait thing just stays there.

Trading from those generations is impossible. It can only work via Firered/leafgreen/emerald/ruby/sapphire ---> Diamond / Pearl. You can't trade from any of those to any of the previous generations.

i actually think that you cant send pokemon from emerald to crystal unless the pokemon appear in the crystal game knowing only moves in the that are found in the crystal game. i know that you can send pokemon from emerald to ruby and shappire and then you can try to send them to crystal. but if you only have a ds you might be stuck

trading from those games is impossible. (red version,blue........)

(sliver,gold.......) (ruby,sapphire,leaf green,fire red,and emerald)

to trade leaf green and fire red into emerald u need to crystals

you cant even trade with them in a gameboy and gameboy color
