How do you get mr. goods to give you items for the underground? please tell me what the item is and hot to get it.

Um you have to do stuff first. Like beat all eight gym badges and then win master rank in all contests. Hope i helped =)

You have to do stuff like beating all the gym leaders and Elite Four. Stuff like that.
