Pokemon yellow to diamond?

So i was playing pokemon yellow on my gba emulator and was wondering if i could transfer my pokemon from my emulator to my r4 chip to my pokemon diamond game? Any ideas?

Impossible. The coding is entirley different.

im sorry but it will not allow you to do this as the pokemon on diamond/pearl are not in pokemon yellow.

hopefully you find out some other way :)
