  1. Small blind is $5 and the large blind is $10. Buy in is $400 to play.

ZCT is incorrect. Every orbit of the dealer button does not cost you $15. If you are not posting either of the blinds than you have the option to fold without paying anything. And the high blind in this case is $10 so all you would have to contribute is $10 unless someone has raised the bet or you would like to raise the bet.

  2. Generally it would mean that the blinds or forced bets are $5 and $10.  The first number is the small blind, and the bigger number is the big blind.  So every orbit the button makes around the table is going to cost you $15, whether you play or not.

The last number is how much you have to pay to join the game.  In this case you must buy $400 worth of chips to sit at the table.  It is a little more common to have a minimum and maximum amount that you can sit with, but it seems like here they are not giving you a choice.

In a live casino there would always be a receptionist who would be happy to explain this and any house rules before you sit.  But if you are not familiar with this kind of thing, you probably should start with some lower stakes.  $5/$10 games can get pretty expensive, pretty quickly.  Especially for a novice.

  3. $5 small blind...$10 Big blind

400Min/max = The highest and lowest buy-in is $400, you cannot buy in for more or less then that
