Is there a game where you guess if the card is high or low or a seven? if so, what is it called?

I think its actually called High-Lo, but I dont think it counts as a poker game.

I've seen games similar to that in casinos on occasion, but I wouldn't categorize them as poker. For one thing, they are usually played only against the house. I'd consider them closer to craps or chuck-a-luck than anything else.
