You can email the poker rooms and get them to close or suspend your account. Some also let you set a weekly or monthly limit as to how much you can deposit etc.

Or you could take up something more addictive, like World of Warcraft or something, lol.

well, learn how too play and win, but set a limit on your poker sites they are very help full when it comes too that kind of a problem. like $20 a week. WHEN YOU PLAYING FOR FUN YOU'VE ALL READY WON

Sometimes I gamble a bit too much. My only cure, the only thing that works for me, is to swear (out loud) on someone I loves life that I won't gamble today.

If it is online then get rid of your net connection.

Or even better get hypnotised

well, what i would do in that circumstance, is to ease of the money and go to play chips.

that way you are still getting the enjoyment of beating players, but also the sadness of losing.

But without spending a penny.
