i see alot of websites and people saying that a royal fulsh is he best hand that you can have in texas holdem poker but isnt a four of a kind aces a better had saying that you cant have a royal flush with out and ace?

No, a Royal Flush is the best possible hand in poker.

Here's why:  The value of a poker hand is determined by how likely it is to get it.

Getting four aces requires you to get four specific cards in the deck, but the final card can be anything.

To get a Royal Flush it has to be five specific cards.  Now true, there are four suits, but mathematically it is still less likely to get one of the four possible Royal Flushes.

So for this reason, the Royal Flush is the best hand in regular poker games.

In hold'em you can have both quad aces and a royal flush at the same time. If one player has let's say KQ of spades while the other has a pair of aces (Hearts and Diamonds), and the board is JTA of spades and A of clubs, you have both a royal flush and four of a kind aces at the same time. In this case, the ace high straight flush (royal flush) wins since it's less probably statistically.
