Poker party chips?

i am having a poker pparty and each person is paying $15 for 100 chips haw many of each color do i give them we have red, blue, green, and white and how much or each color worth

For sake of simplicity, we make all chips the same value.  That way there is no confusion.  Makes it easier and you can get to playing sooner.

It depends on if it's a tournament or not.  Either way, don't try to give everyone 100 chips.  Number of chips is meaningless, value is the only thing that matters.

Cash game

Red-  $.05  X10= $.50

Green- $.25X18=$4.50

White- $1 X10=$10

You can also use the blues for $.50, and give them some blues instead of whites and some of the greens if you don't have enough greens to give everyone 18.

Each person has $15.

For a tourney, multiply the denoms by 100, so red are $5, greens are $25, and whites are $100, use blues for $500.

Give everyone 1500 in chips, start the blinds at 10/20, and raise them every 20 minutes using the following schedule.  If you want to have more money, give everyone one or two bules to start too.  Once your blinds get high enough to where you don't need the reds and greens, use the blue $500 chips to get rid of them.  Check out www.homepokertourney.com for the best ways to do this.

just make them all 25 cents but if you want to do it right it goes white, red, green & blue. And make them what ever you want   Ex:1,2,5 & 10
