  1. If you are american you will have to deposit first with your visa into epassporte and then into the poker site, the best poker site for americans is http://bettingwise.hit.bg/FulltiltPoker....

  2. i got a prepaid visa card and i use either full tilt or poker stars.  the debit didnt work for me as its something with the bank policy not depositing to poker accounts.  but the prepaid works just fine.  poker stars has the 10 dollar min and full tilt is 50 dollars.  i use FT more just cause i like their setup but basically its whatever you prefer.  you can check the other sites like ultimate bet, absolute poker and party poker to see what their minimums are.

  3. Poker Stars takes some Visa debit cards. The minimum deposit is ten bucks...which is about as cheap as it's going to get.

If your Visa card doesn't work, you can try an All-Access Visa gift card. Many people in various online poker forums have told me that these work. If the card won't go through the first time, then give it another try a bit later. These forum members say that this works rather well more often than not.

And if that fails? Well, you can send the poker site a money order. This usually has a higher deposit requirement, but at least you know that the MO's value will find its way into your account.

  4. Pretty much all of the popular and reputable sites accept Visa.  If your debit card previously worked on Bodog (it's unclear if you used it there or not) then it should work on any site.  The problem is, many of the card companies, debit cards included, have filters that restrict transactions with poker sites.  This problem isn't on the poker site's end, it's the card company's end.

I would recommend any of the sites listed at http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm where you'll find reviews of today's top poker sites (I'd recommend Full Tilt or PokerStars, PokerStars has the lower minimum).  You'll also find bonus codes for each site's best current bonus.

Now, if you DO have a problem using your debit card to deposit to a poker site, you're not out of luck.  What I've done is to buy a Visa All Access Prepaid Visa Card, which can be found at just about any grocery store in the US.  You'll find a better explanation of how this works on the site listed above on one of the other pages.  If you don't live outside the US, you'll be less likely to encounter a problem with your debit card, however.

This might seem a little complicated, but it's easier than it seems.  The site listed above should answer all your questions.  Hope this helps.
