Pokerstars Problem: I recently did a play money transfer to my other account of 4,000,000?

and did not recieve it and it's been an hour. The play chips are also gone from my account that i transfered it from. Please help

Take it up with Tech Support at PokerStars.

Never transfer more than 65,535 (2^16 - 1) chips at a time.  The program will sometimes choke on larger numbers.

maybe pokerstars took them because you have two accounts. they are within their rights to do  so.read the rules section.
