Pokerstars fold?

does anyone actually use the "fold to any bet" button?

yes it is used wuite a bit. I usually play 4 to 5 tournies at a time and i play solid so i use it quite a bit to help save time.

I do on occasion, but usually only if I've checked from the BB with rags, multiple scare cards hit on the flop, and I'm not willing to even throw a min bet more into the pot.  But it's extremely rare.

I suppose if you're planning on folding then it could save time.  It's like the check/fold button though you don't want to give away information like this and if the bet takes place right before your seat then players can tell you use this and try to push you around which may or may not be bad depending on how you play but generally you don't want this.

Occasionally, like if it's the river and there's still 3 players in the pot, and the 4th flush card comes out and my two pair (or whatever) is suddenly trash. It's not uncommon either to have several players limp in when I'm in the BB, and I totally blank the flop. This kind of thing happens a lot in the early rounds of SNGs when there's really no point in trying to bluff at a puny pot.

I don't, but generally speaking check the "fold" box frequently if I'm holding "rags" (lousy cards) to help speed the game up.
