I want to play in the Hubble freeroll tournament, but i need to know how long I can expect it to take to get in the top 99 and how many people are allowed to register

There is no set time that you'd reach the money.  Freerolls can have well over 1,000 entrants and often takes at least 2 hours to reach the bubble.  If it's a private freeroll with fewer entrants, expect the number of payouts to be lower, but it will take slightly less time to reach the bubble.

It should take between 3-4 hours...with the number of sitters and donks in there,  it doesn't take long to get down to the nitty gritty with mostly decent players, but it's a lot of fun. Just remember, it's only a freeroll, and a lot of donks play it that way, so don't let too many bad beats get you down.

To make the "money" will take over 3 hours.  That's the fastest I've ever done it, usually you're looking at over 4 hours.  I believe 12,000 people are allowed to register.  It might only be 10,000, although I'm pretty sure the 12,000 number is accurate.  At that level it doesn't matter, 2000 people will bust out in 10 minutes.
