Polar bear f***s?

Question

Would a large amount of polar bear excrement cause irreversable damage to the eco-balance of the state of Vermont? If yes then how much f***s, and would it have to be spread out or could it be centralized?

Well, I think even a moderate amount of bear f***s would be quite successful in repelling goats, and goats are likely to be more harmful to the environment than the f***s themselves.

However, goats do poorly where dingoes are present, so. . .
