What are McCain and Palin offering to do about global warming (or do they not believe it exists)? How about endangered species especially the polar bears!!!!!

Hm. I don't know what any of the candidates think about global warming besides Palin, sorry.

Herhusband works for an oil company in Alaska. She wants to take polar bears off the endangered species list because if they're on the list it could hurt the oil developement where her husband works. UGH.

All I know is the Republican party is adding a "Global Warming" plank to their platform. (Which I think is ridiculous) Obama? Who knows what his plan is to deal with anything. Palin believes that Polar Bears are NOT endangered. I'm guessing she would know better than most what the truth is being an Alaska native.

I'm a republican but I do worry a lot about the environment/wildlife protection.  This is the problem I have with Palin, the fact that she ignored the threat to Polar Bears and is more concerned about drilling for oil.  I don't trust someone that hunts anyway, regardless of population control.

They are working to increase natural gas, which burns clean. Palin wanted to make sure that the lawsuite that the wacko environmental brought to put the polar bears on the endanger species act, had good science behind it. As this would be something that could have an economic impact on her state. Polar bear numbers are up, not down. Being a person who lives the outdoors lifestyle, you do many things to protect the environment.

Have you watched "An Inconvenient Truth"?!?!  It's a JOKE.  There is no such thing as Global Warming.  Al Gore did that documentary to get his face in the public eye so that he could make a run for President.  He failed.  He won an Oscar, but..big deal.  He's not the only fat guy to win an Oscar.  Look at Michael Moore.

By the way...Polar Bears are not on the Endangered Species List.
