who agrees that the whole polar bear dying thing is just another part of nature evolving like it has been doing for the past 5 billion years without human envolvment

seriously, polar bears going extinct will not upset the balance of any part of te food chain except more fish and i love fish soo.?

im an animal lover and i even worked at the zoo since i was in 8th grade but i know i wouldnt like it if dinosours were walking around right now extintion is jst another mystery to life stop sending in ur money to "help save the polar bears" all they are going to do is cage them and probally do weird cloning ****.

  1. I completly disagree. It WILL cause a change in the food chain!

Polarbears eat a lot more than fish you know!

  2. If anything, it would lower the fish population. Polar bears eat seals, which eat fish. I doubt very much that polar bears are going to all wind up in zoos unless there is no other option for saving the species or that any cloning will be done. Captive breeding is sometimes helpful but not when the problem is habitat destruction.

Think of the bears as the proverbial canaries in the coal mine. Their habitat loss is just a precursor to the rise of sea level. Know anyone who live in a low-lying area, such as NYC?
