Polaris jet ski troubles.?

Question

I have a 96 polaris hurricane 700. I want to know if there is a way to check the crank case oil. and or change it. Is there a way to tune the carbs. I have to run it with the choke midways. still get 42 mph though i used to get 50mph. and is there a good place to get parts? I need the driveshaft and water seal/bearing.

hi i have over heating problem on polaris slh 700 any one suggest anything ive removed thermostat and when tested in hot waterit seems to work but wondered wot the pop off valve does with spring can anyone this plastic valve seems lodged in housing with spring behind but doesent move is this possible cause of random overheating and power loss??please help????
