  1. I care very much about both because wasting energy causes GW!! Do you know how they make energy?? They have power plants (btw in case you don't know, when they burn the coal they put water on them to cool them down a bit and they empty the water into the ocean..) and they cause air and water pollution and global warming!! yes.. nickname me tree hugger, i care about the economy!

  2. Sadly not enough people care about either. That is probably because to many people simply dont understand what is happening around them. They thus simply believe whatever rubbish is fed to them, or simply turn off and dont want to know. And humans think they are clever!.

Useful energy is a valuable commodity so wasting it is stupid.

It doesn't matter where you get the usefull energy from, it costs effort to get it and therefore money. Because it is useful, it is in demand and generally there isnt enough to go around, so the price keeps going up. To waste it in denying some other persons right to it.

So if you care about human rights and equity then wasting it should not be something you do.

As to global warming, well if you live in a place where sommer temperatures regularly reach 40C and spike to 45, 47 on occassion, you would not be to keen to have any increased temperatures.  If you are a farmer who relies on regular rainfall to grow your crops then, having the rainfall patterns change because of global warming may be of just a little concern for you. If you live in a nice temperate part of the world where malairia carrying mosquitos don't live, you might want to worry about a warmer climate bringing them into your area, malaria is no fun trust me. And if you run a ski resort you might want to consider the effects on your resort if there is no snow. Now think about those lucky people who live at sealevel (or like the dutch below) and think how their lives might change if sea levels went up by 1 metre. then think what it might be like if it went up 10 metres, 20, 30 etc, max possible is around 86metres if all of antarctica melts. (Looking forward to that because the I will have a nice beach front property.  Although all those houses just below the water line will be a right nuisence.)

  3. I'm not too awfully concerned about GW.  But wasting energy is just silly.  We need to conserve our resources.

  4. After reading State of Fear by Michael Crighton I don't worry about Global Warming, in fact global warming may be a good thing.  Wasting Energy is just Dumb.

  5. i care

i think everyone cares but not enough to actually do anything about it

  6. i care very much

and wasting energy hurt the animals!

    >6.6<

  7. Energy in any form is valuable,

therefore understanding clean energy, is simply a smart move
