Pole dancing classes in Virginia?

A couple of the girls at work are looking for Pole classes in VA (for execise) . Does anyone know of any classes in the Northern VA area

Sensuous Expressions Pole Dance Fitness is a fabulous studio with great instructors and a large open studio with really good poles with a great bouncy wood floor.  I've tried other places and this is far superior.
