Pole dancing classes?

can you find pole dancing classes on the internet, and where do you find them? Also, is it possible to self-teach it?

Try googleing "pole dancing classes" and then put in the city you live in and maybe you can find something. You may also be able to find a self-taught video on the internet if you do a search, but sometimes they charge you to join. I know YouTube has some instructional videos that will show you a couple moves. I have also seen aerobic striptease videos in various stores. Carmen Electra has the Aerobic Striptease series with 7 DVD's  but I don't think there is a pole dancing one. But it is s**y and fun , it teaches you lap dance routines, and it gives you a little bit of exercise. Hope this helps!
