Pole dancing: what width pole would i best start on as a beginner?

38mm 42mm 45mm or the international 50mm???? I haven't got tiny hands but i am going to order a pole as a beginner and teach myself so what width would be best?

  1. While the smaller may be easier to learn on, you'll ultimatly need to move to the 50mm to do the more complicated tricks. Just start out with the 50 and you'll not have the expense of upgrading. Mine is a x-pole, 50mm, both spinning and static modes, chrome. Go to x-pole's website!

    Mines about two inches wide also, you have to make sure the pole is slippery enough for when you spin around
