i know its imposible to teach ppl online, but is there any tips on how i could get over it.

cause i know to row, speed, drive, bend and turn but is there anything else?

  1. you need to move up moles and grip them at the end of them.  i also suggest perfecting your swing because at 7 6 your are not fully inverted.  work ont getting completely upside down.  with the help of a capped pole for your weight.  you will easily clear 10 +

  2. Hey - that's a fine first season, don't knock your achievement;-)

Compare yourself to the top vaulters - what do they have?

Probably size - a lot of growing happens in the next 2-3 years, and you can't do much about it except to eat healthy and add muscle.

Probably speed - see the comment above - but you can work on speed (and strength and endurance...)

Lastly - I suggest you perfect your runway, foot placement, and your plant.  You want to have them down so cold that you never question yourself as you approach the box - ever.

That will work well for you this year and into the future.

And remember - every vault where you land safely on the mats is a good vault.
